Dr. Carole Cox appeared on the Korean news outlet “Arirang News” recently, discussing COVID-19 and older adults with dementia.
“People who had been stimulated and who had received support from family or in the nursing home, that’s not happening now,” Cox said. “The isolation has a strong impact on those with dementia.”
